The Deakin Estate Chardonnay is crafted from family owned, estate grown vineyards that lie in the Murray Darling region of north west Victoria, Australia. In order to achieve a fresh crisp style, selected yeasts to promote aromatic character were used and selected parcels underwent lees stirring to build palate weight and add mouthfeel.
