The balance self-calibrates when it senses a temperature change that is sufficient enough to affect the weighing accuracy. It also self-calibrates after 11 hours so that users won’t have to spend time re-calibrating it. An easy to view level indicator is placed at the front of the balance, with an illuminated screen for easy viewing. Adjustable thumbwheels keep the balance level. In the event that it destabilizes, the level assist screen will help users determine which thumbwheel needs to be adjusted to regain the appropriate level.
