The Aphros vineyards are located on the hills overlooking the Lima river, surrounded by expansive amounts of rich natural environment - cedar, acacia, oak, eucalyptus, beech and pine trees with chestnut groves.
This orange wine has been fermented and aged in beeswax lined amphora and aged on lees. It has pronounced aromas of white pepper, citrus and peach, with earthy tannins and a lingering, floral finish.
